William Parker is best known for his whimsical off-the-wall art created in various places where his travels have taken him…from the deep South to the culture of New York City and to London and Paris.

His art career began in 1987 at the age of 53.  His art education includes numerous seminars and classical studies and observations.  In addition to his bright landscapes and watercolors, he is an accomplished pen and ink artist.
